Instructions:
Consider a business setting where one individual never brings issues to you, their manager. Rather, they try to resolve conflict using a colleague and peer of yours. This is referred to as triangulation. Post a discussion entry (between 250 and 350 words in length) explaining:
• How you would manage such a person and encourage them to approach you instead of other members of management.
• Describe similar conflicts you have witnessed in your own work experience and share information as to how the problem was resolved.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
