A manager at your place of work has asked you to develop a behavior over time model that would be shared with co-workers. Explain the benefits and limitations of a behavior over time model and how this model could contribute to a better understanding of failures within a system. Include a description of how you would identify the top four or five variables and the length of time you would specify for study (i.e., days, weeks, months, years). Finally, how would you encourage management to change and adapt to co-worker suggestions?
