In our class this week we are discussing how to use segmentation to allow you to better understand website visitors, the actions they performed on your website and how to convert them in the future. Our seminar videos (below) explain segmentation with eight examples of segments you could use (quite valuable!). Custom Segments can help break down your existing traffic to give you a more relevant view of your data. After you have had a chance to view the video/tutorials, write a 600-800word essay,APA Format with intext citations, and references that addresses the following points:
1) What information did you learn about Google segmentation features, benefits, and limitations that you did not already know?
2) In what ways can an understanding of the Google customer segmentation features, benefits, and limitations assist you in running your business.
3) Provide a practical example of how you would envision using Google customer segments in your business, if you owned one.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
