4. Submit an example of a Time Management Schedule for a day in a child care center.Example: What time do the children arrive? What is the schedule throughout the day? Indicate a time you set aside during the day to take care of "Director Duties."
5. Develop and submit:
• A staff application
• An interview form (include sample interview questions you would ask)
• Three ways you would recruit qualified staff
• How will you maintain effective personnel policies and procedures, and systems for staff recruitment, development, management, and evaluation (Personnel Policies and Staff Development)?
