The final assignment is to write a 3 page (750 words) paper speaking in detail how you as a Nursing Home Administrator would address the three biggest challenges facing the industry:
• Overzealous plaintiff driven litigation,
• staffing recruitment and retention
• The availability of sufficient resources to provide care to the populations we serve.
Be succinct in your paper and support the arguments that you put forth. Please remember that I look at the structure and grammar of your assignments with a close eye.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
