After reading Harper and Shoffner's article (Attached) can you synthesize the concepts about older workers and LGBT clients.
1.Analyzes some of your own biases and assumptions about these groups.
States how you will address and overcome some of your limitations.
2.Shares from your own real-world experiences a time when you demonstrated your insight and understanding while considering oppressed or marginalized groups. For example, perhaps you advocated hiring an applicant from a minority group who was equally prepared for a vacant position in your office.
