In this homework, you will focus on family and discuss how to work with the families of children with the disability you are exploring.
To complete this homework, do the following:
• Create 3-4 additional slides for your presentation. Add these slides to the PowerPoint document you created in the previous course project homework. In these additional slides, explain specific strategies you will use to help the family stay informed on how their child is doing on a daily basis. Be sure to address the following:
o Explain how you will keep track of information needed to be shared.
o Who will you share this information with and how?
o What strategies will you use to address families in denial?
In addition to bullet points that convey the highlights of your presentation, you may use graphics, pictures, charts, or tables as necessary to support and enhance the talking points on your slides.
• In the Notes section of each slide, and in at least 350 words, expand on your talking points by providing more detail to support each point.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
