In the last 4 years your company has posted losses in their financial statements. You have recently been employed as part of a 5 person consultancy group to identify ways to turn around the fortunes of your company. Your role will involve having series of meetings with staff and in your first 4 weeks you have been inundated with various strategies and solutions from staff on how to move the company forward.
