Complete a competitive analysis of your potential competition in your market. Include in your analysis: the competitors you analyzed, type of competitor (online, direct sales, etc.), the strengths and weaknesses of each competitor, length of time each has been in business, number of employees, number of customers, and their sales. This should be created in a matrix table format. Next, analyze your results to include similarities and differences of the competitors and how you will compete in this market with these competitors (your strategy). You must use primary and secondary research.
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
