Informational Fact: Miami Dade College's Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is "Writing for the Real World: Strengthening Writing and Career Knowledge." With the motto of Do The Write Thing, MDC's QEP is designed to enhance the existing high quality of education that students and graduates receive at MDC. By improving student writing skills and career knowledge, graduates will ultimately increase their knowledge base and competitiveness as they enter a workforce in which employers seek applicants with strong writing skills.
