Problem
In the United States of America, one issue that has been prevalent is the disparities in wages. Things to be taken into consideration are the differences in age, gender, location, and degree/difficulty of work. As a future member of the work force, I need to compose one-page summation of how you think a fair wage should be applied to your particular career/field only. This may include cost of living, moving expenses, future bonuses, benefits, etc.
