Kyle is a 56 year old divorced sexually active male who presents with the chief complaint of frequent urination especially at night and diminished volumes and force of stream with each void.
• Assess this patient completing only a focused history and review of systems relevant to this problem. Be sure to do a symptom analysis using OLDCART.
• In addition to this subjective information discuss how you would provide educational counseling about risk factors and prevention of STDs.
• What screening tests are appropriate for this age group. Should he be screened for STDs?
