You are the new athletic director for the University of New Mexico. You are going to hold a staff meeting with your athletic department (coaches, athletic trainers, and compliance officers). Understand and give a small description of all three phases (distributive, procedural, & interactional) of the organizational justice system and how you plan to implement a healthy working environment that all employees can find just. Also, give an example of how you will handle each phase of justice.
