Problem
Being able to clearly articulate how you plan to develop strong relationships with others in a school community will assist in your effectiveness as an educational leader. For this task, choose an educational setting of personal interest, and then develop a letter to be placed on your school or school district's website and/or Facebook account describing how you as a new educational leader will develop strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and other community stakeholders. Within your letter, be sure to clearly indicate how you will strive to learn about and develop trust with others. You do not need to actually submit your letter, instead prepare the content suitable for this type of letter.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
