Technology is creating a market that never existed before. Companies such as Airbnb, Homeaway, etc. are based on an 'economy of trust' and grow their 'reputation capital' with collaborative consumption.
After watching the video ( TED Talk), answer the following questions:
1. How would you incorporate the concept of collaborative consumption into your venture or business concept you are developing for this course? Include in your answer : a) the use of technology b) building trust c) barriers to overcome.
