Problem
In this project you are required to initiate and lead applied research on your chosen area or field in relation to an organization (could be private, Govt or charity). You have to plan, conduct and report on applied research relevant to organisational strategic practices and outcomes. For this task you are required to select (also get approval for) an appropriate and relevant applied research proposal that relates to the industry that you work in or have knowledge of. This may be community support and service such as childcare, aged care, human resources, innovation communication and technology, finance, business support services, etc.
You need to do the following:
1. Formulate a research proposal or plan
2. Clearly defined research problem or issue that will be solved
3. Detail the research methodology (whether primary or secondary or blended)
4. Explain the data collection procedures
5. How you have arranged data, did the final analysis and reach conclusion (you may use a suitable computer based application)
6. Limitations of research including validity and reliability of data.
