You have been tasked with designing a training session. You can pick any topic, but remember, to create a good training session, you must first motivate employees to want to attend, actually transfer the knowledge, reinforce the learning, and collect feedback. As you design your training session, make sure to address the following questions: Choose one of the theories of motivation and connect it to your training to explain how you will motivate employees to want to learn. Identify the tacit and/or explicit knowledge that you are trying to transfer and how you will actually transfer it. What is your plan for reinforcing the learning? How will you collect feedback to make sure that learning happened?
