Complete the "Leader's Self-Insight 12.1. Transformational Leadership" and "Leader's Self-Insight 12.2. What's Your Mach?" activities in the textbook. b. Describe how you can use coalitional leadership to build alliances that can help you achieve important goals to achieve the desired change.

c. Apply concepts discussed in the Ripple Effect to the change process.

d. Formulate specific strategies that clearly demonstrate how you would follow the Guidelines for Ethical Action, as discussed in the text, as you work to achieve the desired change.

e. Identify specific actions you can take to increase power through political activity and the use of influence tactics of appealing to a higher vision, rational persuasion, friendliness, reciprocity, developing allies, and direct persuasion to achieve the desired change.

f. Explain how you would modify your plan if you had to work entirely virtually to lead your team while working to achieve the desired change.
