Scenario
The CEO of a large staffing agency, People United, is interviewing you to be the new COO. He wants to make sure you are resilient, and that you understand the importance of resilience for an employee in this position. The company innovates and changes at a fast rate, and the employment services industry can be very challenging and demanding. Write your response to the interview question: "Tell me about a time when you've had to be resilient?" In your response, you must first define resilience, summarize the situation in which you were resilient, explain why resilience is important, and the importance of creating resilient teams.
