Describe the advantages of becoming a Certified Nurse Educator through the National League for Nursing. Is this an avenue you hope to pursue? If so, when? If not, why not? What are your strategies for achieving this distinction?
a) Review an article on "incivility" in nursing education. Summarize the findings of the evidence-based article, and describe how you as a leader would engage with fellow professionals to mitigate this behavior.
b) As a Nurse Educator, you also fill the role of a change agent and leader. Identify a situation at work that you believe needs to be changed and what outcome is needed? What change theory would you implement and why? What are the steps to that framework?
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
