As an organizations EH& S Manager , you must complete a follow-up evaluation for one of your company's health and safety training courses so you may assess the level of organizational effectiveness of trained personnel. You collect data from a group of 10 employees who are responsible for work involving permit required confined space work. Each subject was observed and the number of unsafe acts was recorded. With this knowledge, you modify the training course content to eliminate prior deficiencies along with adjusting for changes in the workplace. These 10 employees are then asked to participate in a refresher course using these content improvements. At the conclusion of training, you again observe these 10 employees while recording unsafe acts. How would you set up a statistical test to determine if there were any changes in the unsafe acts observed?
