Processes are the way we figure out how to do things in the most efficient way possible. The ultimate goal of a process is to deliver the quality required, in the time required, at the cheapest cost possible. Think of a process you are familiar with that was not as efficient as it could be. Describe the process and the points of waste in the process. How would you recommend we change the process to be more efficient and still meet time and quality requirements?
