Assignment: Contribution Paper
You will write a 3 - 5 page paper about your experience in forming your organization.
In your writing, respond to the following: What did you, individually, contribute as a member the team to create the project? How would you rate yourself as a team member on a 1 - 5 scale (5 being the highest) and how would you rate your total team? What were your team's strengths and weaknesses? What would you do differently in a future team project? What did you learn or experience that you will use in your current work or your future career?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
