Discussion: Documenting Issues and concerns
Project managers are responsible for distributing and communicating project results and updates. During the Sidney Park project, you discover that issues for the project are not being documented or properly communicated to all stakeholders. How would you modify the documenting of issues? What would you do differently to communicate the project's issues? Compare and contrast the importance of verbal and written communications in the overall communication in project management.
Also discuss examples of appropriate times to use verbal communication as opposed to written communication.
