Problem
One of the most defining characteristics of working at an institution of higher education is the constant state of change. Students and their needs are always in flux. Changes and restructuring within the college and university systems can also affect students. World issues such as the COVID-19 pandemic can and have significantly impacted everyone's lives for two and a half years and continues to make an impact. As we prepare for the Fall 2021 Semester, thinking as a student affairs professional, what three issues on your mind do you foresee possibly impacting university and college students? How would you, as a student affairs professional, help students work through and address these issues?
