Our nation faced many challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, some challenges have been successfully addressed while others have not been so successfully. To face these challenges, Various leaders have risen to national prominence as a result of television coverage and intense media coverage. Based on what you have witnessed, provide three examples of persons in leadership positions who have tried to lead during the pandemic. This can include examples of three leaders that you believe were either successful or unsuccessful, or both. In retrospect, how would you have liked to have seen these leaders apply the principles you learned in this class to mitigate the effects of the pandemic crisis? For each leader cited, please provide an example of a leadership activity that you would have sustained - that they did well, and an action they could have improved upon.
