Discussion Post: Theories in Nursing
Research change theories from scholarly literature resources, such as Kotter's 8 Step Model for Change and Choose a change theory and correlate the steps of the theory to a change that has occurred in your clinical area. I am a med surf/telemetry nurse with six years of experience in hospital setting.
a) Did the change follow the steps well?
b) Was the change made successfully?
c) If it did not go smoothly, how would you have improved the process?
