Problem
Describe a personal experience where the amount of work required of you was appropriate but the scheduling of work was so uneven that there were periods you could not get the work done in time and periods when you did not have enough to do. How would you have distributed the work if you were "in charge"?
Additionally, what are at least 5 tasks you have been involved in at work that are "effort driven" and explain why each is effort driven? If you have never been employed, choose other projects that you have to do that are considered work that perhaps you did not get paid for (babysitting, mowing the lawn, etc.).
