Imagine you are caring for an individual with dementia in an inpatient psychiatric unit. The client can be extremely aggressive, particularly when directed to perform certain tasks. Please watch the following video and answer the questions

• How would you get this client to take their medications?
• The client is frequently requesting to return home and becomes agitated when told they told they are not going home anytime soon by staff. Do you think the staff needs any additional training? If so, what would you teach them?
• When the training is complete, one of the staff members states that they think it is immoral to "lie" to clients. How would you respond to this statement?
