o How would you define the strategic partner role? What do you think you would be doing if you were acting in the strategic partner role in your organization? How would your company communicate with its workers about strategic goals? What information would you want to communicate to workers to improve their ability to increase revenue?
o What would the HR Strategic Partner be doing in your employer of choice?
Go back to your employer of choice and look at future goals or initiatives the organization has planned. Does the organization have new products, new services? Is the organization facing any new competition in the marketplace? Are there economic, social, or political changes that may need to be addressed strategically? Introduce your classmates to this new challenge, and briefly suggest what role HR may have in planning to address the change.
