This case gives us a chance to examine the challenges of leading and working in cross-functional teams. The team has been working on a project for 6months, but now running into problems with the design, schedule and their own dynamics.
Think about the following and submit write up BEFORE the class (2p max, 12pt, 1.5line):
1. How would you assess the situation at MediSys?

3. What forces are effecting the IntenseCare team's behavior and culture?
