Discussion Post: Servant Leadership
Another emerging leadership model/philosophy is one of servant leadership. This style is consistent with our mission, vision and Christian worldview of modeling leadership qualities which are all about serving others and by modeling this in an organization.
A few questions to consider:
• How would you adapt this a servant leadership model into the cultural norms in your selected country?
• How would you handle conflicts if there are major cultural differences in the traditional leadership norms such as those based on the Hofstede dimensions?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
