Choose one policy criterion (Effectiveness, efficiency, equity, liberty/freedom, political feasibility, social acceptability, administrative feasibility, or technical feasibility). How would that criterion be used in a real-life evaluation of alternatives: choosing which college to attend, choosing a cell phone plan, choosing a car, etc.? How would one measure the effectiveness or efficiency with regard to your decision?
