2. How would a leadership coaching and mentoring program for university students look like? How could you tell whether the program worked?
3. Identify and describe the attitudes of at least four (two positives and two negatives) employees followers at your workplace. How would you change or shape the attitudes of your followers and your own?
4. People often leave bosses, not organizations." Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Why do you think so? How many people do you know that hair left because of their bosses? Describe their thoughts before and after leaving their bosses. Did you leave any organization anytime because of your boss? If so, what were the reasons?
