As a young, aspiring artist, Queen Latifah had to identify areas where she needed to build her confidence in order to succeed. In the Webtext, you also chose an area in which you feel you need to improve your confidence.
a) Tell us the area you chose and describe what it is about that area that you want to specifically improve.
b) Explain why you chose this area and how working on it will have a positive impact on your career.
Part 2
As a small business owner, discuss what you would do to meet the ethical goals of your company. According to your course textbook, there are several ethical models a business owner can use to help determine how ethical a choice is; that is The Golden Rule, Utilitarianism, Universalism, and Billboard Principle. Select one of these models that you would implement in your business and explain why you selected that specific model.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
