Imagine you are a long-term substitute teacher who has taken over a class in the middle of the school year, and you are expected to prepare the students for high stakes testing at the end of the year.

a) How will you collect data to get to know your learners and their strengths and challenges?
b) What resources will you use to help you gather the data and evaluate it?
c) How will you record and keep track of that data in order to make data-driven instructional decisions?
