The company has been through hard time during the Covid-19 pandemic, since the first outbreak on board was a Carnival Corporation ship. Widespread negative media coverage on cruising increased and corporation reputation was at a stake. Also, it caused financial damage and the company had to lay off many employees. In this multi-layered situation, what business strategy should Carnival Corporation have to satisfy all its stakeholders, including employees, customers, shareholders and the public?
