As part of your project analysis, you quickly realize that the various sites all have strengths and weakness in the services they offer. How will you use the service analysis in determining which sites excel at various service categories and offering?
Write a 1-page paper analyzing business process reengineering and work redesign that will most likely have to occur at the sites in response to the information you have learned through the service area analysis. For example how will you determine which sites and workflows may need to be redesigned and what process will you use to successfully accomplish this?
