Step II: Plan of Action
Create a Plan of Action related to addressing the topics (resistance to change, communication issues, and crisis management) and improving the state of affairs within the organization with regards to the three topics above. Provide detailed descriptions of your plan, according to the below structure for each of the three topics and discuss how you will overcome the challenges of resistance to change for each part of the plan.
1) Your role in the implementation of the comprehensive plan
2) Achievable, clearly defined targets for the plan, with regards to the topics
3) Description of the actions, activities, and deliverables for the plan
4) Timeline explaining when pieces of the plan will be implemented or due
5) How will you assess the overall success of your plan?
6) How will you know the plan worked?
