How will the stakeholders be utilizing the data generated

Assignment task:

A Business Requirement gives full details of the project. It can include technical specifications, detail of processes, and addresses key elements of the project. Your Committee has received approval from Administration for the proposal you submitted.

You now must submit the Business Requirement document. Some of these items might have been included in your proposal. There are many parts to Business Requirements that you will not have to address for this project (Risks & Limitations, Assumptions, Cost/Scheduling Parameters, Checklists, Project Completion Criteria etc). However, you will need to address the following:

Problem Statement:

Summarize the problem the database is attempting to solve.

Current Process:

Outline the current process that is being used and why it is not efficient/effective.

Objective:

Outline the objective of the creation of the database. This section should address the problem(s) identified in the current process section.

Stakeholders:

Who are the stakeholders for this project? Provide a list of all stakeholders that the database will impact. You need to look from different perspectives - organizational level, user level, and anyone else the database will impact.

Data Analysis:

How will the stakeholders be utilizing the data generated? What are their data needs? How will they process the data to solve the problem(s) that were identified?

Training:

What sort of training will the staff require? Will you utilize "super-users?" How will the training be done?
