The care team has expressed that she has been spending too much time with the management staff and disrupting daily operations. It is a few days before Hanukkah, and staff mentioned this use to be her favourite time of the year. You are tasked with assisting and encouraging Paola to take part in different activities to increase her participation levels and address her needs for attention.
