Your training response in the podcast should include:
- The steps you will take to resolve the situation
- A description of how you will interact with the citizen
- The options for resolution that you will offer the citizen
- The option for resolution the citizen selected (you choose the resolution for the purposes of training)
- A description of how you will counsel the officer about his or her rude behavior and lack of assistance
- How you would present the resolution to the officer and his or her role in the resolution
