Review the Terminal Course Objectives, accessed by clicking on the "Course Information" tab at the top of your screen, scrolling down to the "Course Objectives" and then selecting View class objectives. How will accomplishing these objectives support your success in management? What risks or challenges might a manager encounter if they have not mastered these objectives? Explain.
I think the most important thing that stood out to me about the course objectives is recognizing situations that present potential legal and ethical issues. I feel it is important for a manager to know and present the right ethical and legal aspects of a company. When it comes to the ethical aspects....that should be easy. A manager should not do things that are wrong or give the appearance of being wrong. As for the legal aspect, a manager should legally obey all licensing and tax laws and employment laws with people they manage. Getting knowledge about these things can make work life on a job better and can prevent would be lawsuits.

Google's charity has a global reach from New York, to the U.K., to Germany and more. The nation's largest nonprofit workforce development, Goodwill aids millions of Americans in advancing their digital skills and career opportunities. Behind Goodwill, Google is putting 10 million dollars and 1,000 Google volunteers to enable 1.2M opportunity youths, formerly incarcerated and displaced workers, and veterans to access digital skills and career opportunities. This is something that has been occuring in all 156 Goodwills across the country. Google is also charitable internationally. In India Google aids students by supporting Pratham Books or books that are more understandable in their language.
Choose a product which you would like to improve upon; determine its current position in the life cycle. Find current two industry leaders related to this product and share each mission statement available from each of their websites.
A product I find interesting is recorded television. Recorded TV has gone through different life cycles. Right now you can say that the 3D TVs are in the introduction phase, the DVR is in the growth stage, DVDs are in the maturity stage, and video cassettes are in the decline stage. The one thing I could say that would improve on today's 3D TV is content. When I say content I mean there are not a lot of movies, sports, and TV shows made in 3D. Even though 3D has been around for awhile, being on today's televisions, you can say it's new. Two of the top leading 3D TV manufacturers are Sony and Samsung. What both manufactures try to relate to their customers is that their 4K UHD 3DTV are products with high resolution, getting a smart TV experience that puts your favorite content at your fingertips.
