Discussion Post: Function Strategies
Functional level strategies are important as organizations work to maintain and improve a company's competitive advantage. Utilizing your past or present experience, select an organization to describe. Then, consider and address the following question:
Reflect on the organization and how well it pursues any of the efficiency, quality, or innovative practices described in your readings. Share your reflections on what the organization does well, and where it needs to improve.
