Problem
In this module, we have focused on probation and intermediate sanctions in great detail. We are concerned with rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders. Yet, we have consistent seen the failings of rehabilitation in a majority of offenders. In this assignment, consider rehabilitation and reintegration as ideal objectives and look at these things in relation to probation and intermediate sanctions. How can we change probation and the use of intermediate sanctions to possibly change the effectiveness of rehabilitation in our society? What should we implement? What should we exclude? Explain.
