This presentation will be 10 to 15 slides and help lead the auditing team that will be evaluating governance and management practices within the organization.
With your auditing team as the audience, in your presentation, discuss in detail the essence of why, how, and what you plan to evaluate in order to determine the effectiveness of governance and management practices in this upcoming audit.
You will be conducting research and at a minimum, should include:
A. Why are we evaluating this particular facet?
B. How we are going to determine its effectiveness? and
C. What practices, artifacts, documents, and interviews will we employ to get a total view of this facet? More importantly, how will these items help us to evaluate the effectiveness within the organization?
In your PowerPoint presentation, you will need to explain the elements of a comprehensive and well-thought-out presentation. Consider all facets that are necessary to be proactive and successful in evaluating not only what is happening now in the management and governance area, but also the potential future landscape.
