Problem: As a political science teacher, I personally feel that voting is the most essential part of participating in our democracy. That being said, it is an election year in Texas where we will be electing not only state, city, and county representatives, but also our governor. This paper is not about political parties or candidates, but voter turnout. You need to research a method to improve voter turnout that you believe could be implemented in Texas. Describe the method, how to implement it, and explain why you believe it is applicable in Texas. Feel free to comment on if believe that the method will work better for one party or the other, and by making and explaining a prediction for the gubernatorial election this fall.
