Assignment task: How do I write a doctoral subject on "using social media to recruit K-12 educators" into an actual research study? What could I use as the specific problem that I intend to deal with and how would my study address that problem. What new theory or information could address a gap that may exist in the field. What question(s) about that topic emerge that may become my actual research question? I would like to begin to do some preliminary research and see what research has been done on the topic and what recommendation for future research is provided by those researchers.
