Purpose
It is documented by many scholars that more projects fail than succeed. The purpose of assignment is to provoke you into thinking about specific reasons that a project can fail, and how to turn that potential failure into a success. The more that you can look at all sides of a project, and the required change, the more likely are to develop a successful plan for a change to occur.
