Following up on a report made by the CQC inspection for inadequate practice in a care home. what changes can a manager implement using Kotter's model for staff to change their behaviours in wearing PPE to reduce the risk of infection for themselves and everybody else around them, for staff to understand how to protect people from care and abuse and also for staff to manage clients and put risk assessments in place?
